Returns & Refunds

At IRON DUNYA, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items under the following conditions.

Return Period

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your items.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be in its original condition
The packaging must be unopened and undamaged
The product must not be used or consumed
Proof of purchase or order number must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Opened supplements
Used products
Sale or discounted items
Gift or promotional items

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Your order number
Photos of the product
A short description of the issue

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Processing times may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
If the item was damaged or incorrect, IRON DUNYA will cover the return shipping costs
